We purchased Olympus from the renowned Maungahina stud in their 2013 sale. We have had two drops of calves from him and we are super impressed with them His first sons will be on offer at our 2016 Bull Sale. We are really excited about the way he is breeding. To us this bull looks like how a Hereford should look. He displays plenty of thickness, depth through the flank, strength of bone, a huge spring of rib, soundness in structure, a good temperament and a strong sires head. With the beef cow herd in N.Z being pushed back into marginal country we need to be breeding types of cattle that can handle the tough conditions.
